Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Booking and Payment
No prepayment is required at the time of booking. Full payment for your stay is made on-site, upon arrival.
Two (2) days before your arrival, a banking pre-authorization corresponding to the amount of the first night will be made on the credit card provided during the reservation. This pre-authorization is not a debit but a temporary verification of the validity of your payment method.
Booking without a credit card is not possible via our website. If you wish to book without a card, please contact the reception directly at 05 56 32 16 68.
2. Cancellation Conditions
Reservations guaranteed by credit card can be cancelled free of charge until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. After this time, the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any reservation not cancelled within the deadline will result in the invoicing of the first night only. The remainder of the stay will be automatically cancelled without additional charges.
Visa Electron, Maestro, Nickel, and Pcs cards are not accepted to guarantee a reservation. An invalid credit card will automatically result in the cancellation of the reservation.
3. Security Deposit
A security deposit will be required upon arrival, only by credit card, depending on the room type:
  • Classic Room 1–2 pers. : €75.00
  • Classic Room 3 pers. and + : €120.00
  • Superior Room 1–2 pers. : €100.00
  • Superior Room 3 pers. and + : €150.00
This deposit notably covers:
  • non-compliance with the maximum departure time (11:00 AM)
  • non-compliance with the non-smoking room policy (including open window)
Upon your departure, if no damage or infringement is observed, the pre-authorization will simply be cancelled (no debit or refund to be expected).
Cash payment without a credit card security deposit is refused.
4. Arrival and Departure Times
Rooms are available from Monday to Sunday, from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Any departure after 11:00 AM will result in the billing of an additional night, unless prior agreement from management.
5. Pricing
Prices are variable and established according to dynamic price management. They may change according to several criteria such as the booking date, the period of stay, the time between booking and arrival, or the occupancy rate. The prices in effect at the time of booking are those guaranteed to the client.
6. Consumer Dispute Mediation
In accordance with the Consumer Code, the client can use a free mediation service:

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the client does not have a right of withdrawal for accommodation and catering services.
8. Personal Data
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, "Informatique et Libertés," each client has a right to access, rectify, and object to personal data concerning them. This data is used exclusively for managing the reservation and communication related to the stay.
9. Information and Visuals
The photographs, plans, and information presented on the hotel's website are non-contractual and may evolve.
